ExpandOcean International Limited uses this information to assess the requirement, organise follow-up and communicate about your enquiry. Rules based on your brief help prioritise review; they do not make an automated purchasing or contractual decision.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s managed database. Access to the enquiry workspace is restricted to authorised administrators. An operational notification may be sent to the website owner when a new enquiry is received. We do not sell enquiry information.
Suppliers and service partners
We may discuss non-identifying product requirements with suppliers and relevant service partners to assess feasibility. Sharing confidential documents or personal information for a project requires an appropriate agreed scope.
Optional website measurement
Only after you allow measurement, we use a random session identifier to record pages and key actions such as film progress or form steps. We do not collect form contents, IP addresses, device fingerprints or full browsing URLs in this measurement system. It uses first-party storage, not advertising trackers. The consent choice is stored locally; the random identifier and source labels are kept for this browser session.
Declining does not prevent you from browsing or submitting an enquiry. When you submit, limited campaign/source tags from the current link may be included with your business brief for follow-up; a measured session is linked only if you allowed measurement. Authorised administrators may record quotation status and estimated commercial values to assess business outcomes.
Basic abuse prevention uses a one-way process-local address hash for rate limiting, cleared within 75 seconds. It is not saved to the database or used for audience analysis. A signed measurement consent receipt is valid for up to 24 hours and is discarded from this browser when you decline. Hosting providers may operate infrastructure-level security logs under their own policies.
Questions or requests
Use the enquiry form and select business advisory to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously provided. Include your enquiry reference when available. Retention is limited to the business need and applicable obligations; we do not promise immediate deletion from all backups.
