CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

# The way we trade
_matters._

Commercial opportunity should be supported by clear responsibility. Our approach connects supplier diligence, product requirements and respect for the information entrusted to us.

RESPONSIBLE BY DESIGN

## Confidence is built
in the details.

Responsible sourcing begins before an order is placed.

It starts with asking the right questions, understanding the parties involved and keeping commercial claims proportionate to the evidence. These principles guide how we frame procurement support and the discussions we coordinate.

This is a statement of approach, not a certification, audited sustainability report or guarantee of supplier compliance. Project-specific requirements and assessment scope are agreed separately.

CARE. CLARITY. ACCOUNTABILITY.

## Stronger decisions.
Responsible connections.

01

### Transparent commercial relationships

Clear scope, commercial terms and responsibility are the basis of a workable project. We aim to make supplier questions, proposed deliverables and the next decision visible before an engagement proceeds.

Scope → stated roles → documented next steps

02

### Responsible supplier conversations

Supplier capability matters. So do the practices behind it. Labour standards, site safety and relevant supplier policies should be raised in the sourcing brief, with specialist assessment arranged where appropriate.

Relevant questions → available evidence → specialist review

03

### Quality and product requirements

Specifications, sample approvals and agreed checkpoints help buyers make informed decisions. Regulatory testing and certifications must be verified with the importer and qualified specialists; marketing claims do not replace evidence.

Specification → sample → agreed quality checkpoints

04

### Respect for confidential information

Initial business briefs are kept in a restricted enquiry workspace. Sensitive documents should only be shared under an agreed project scope. Optional website measurement is a separate choice and never includes form contents.

Limited information → restricted access → agreed sharing

05

### Considered material and logistics choices

Material options, packaging requirements and shipment planning can be considered alongside cost and timing. Environmental preferences belong in the brief so evidence and practical trade-offs can be discussed.

Buyer priorities → documented options → informed trade-offs

06

### Accountability across the handoff

Manufacturers, auditors, laboratories, logistics providers and importers have different responsibilities. We coordinate the conversations and clarify roles; specialist services remain with the parties appointed for them.

Named responsibilities → clear handoffs → follow-up
